The Tingle Creek's House Pâté of Smoked Mackerel,
served with melba toast and creamy butter

marinated in thyme & orange marmalade, served with a wholegrain mustard dip
Mains
Traditional Turkey,
served with the Tingle's own special stuffing, then glazed with a rich cranberry sauce, topped with rooted game chips
Baked Stuffed Onions,(v)
with a rich wild mushroom ragu, topped with parmesan cheese
Roasted Rib of Beef,
set with a mulled wine jus, with sprigs of thyme
Lemon Glazed Trout,
stuffed with sage & walnuts, oven roasted to give that full
bodied flavour
Succulent Buttered Chicken,
tender breast, wrapped in bacon, served with a creamy smoked cheese sauce
