Christmas Day Soup - Highland Broth,
served with homemade bread

Homemade Pâté Maison,
served with a crispy leaf salad and melba toast

Dovetail of Honeydew Melon,
on a bed of raspberry coulis served with a whisky berry compôte

Smoked Salmon Royale,
stuffed with fresh local prawns, bound in a marie rose sauce, served with a crispy leaf salad and brown bread


Mains


Traditional Turkey,
served with the Tingle's own special stuffing, then glazed with a rich cranberry sauce, topped with rooted game chips

Roast Rib of Beef,
served with horseradish sauce

Baked Ham,
served with Dijon mustard

Trio of Meats,
(a selection of all of the above) with a choice of one of the
above sauces

All of the above are served with yorkshire pudding, chipolata sausages, roast potatoes, chef's potatoes, seasonal vegetables
and a rich roast gravy.

Vegetable Enchiladas,
mexican pancakes stuffed with fresh spicy vegetables
coated in a tomato and cheese sauce


Desserts


Traditional Christmas Pudding,
served with brandy butter or rum sauce

Homemade Sherry Trifle,
served with fresh cream

Homemade Ice-creams,
chocolate, vanilla and strawberry

Fresh Fruit Salad,
served with crème fraîche
